We develop enhanced electro-optical/infrared systems (EO/IR), autonomous platforms, and sensor technologies. The OKSI Human Resource (HR) Coordinator SkillBridge opportunity will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, assisting with recruiting, onboarding, records management, benefits administration, and compliance activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional to gain hands-on experience supporting the full employee lifecycle within a cleared defense contractor environment. The role requires close attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential and export-controlled information, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

As a SkillBridge participant, you will engage in a structured HR Coordinator training program, not an employment role. Under the guidance of an experienced mentor, you will receive exposure to recruiting, onboarding, the administration of our employee benefits programs, and employee relations processes. This training opportunity is designed to prepare participants for long-term success in HR and the defense industry, while supporting OKSI’s mission to develop and deliver intelligent systems and software that support the warfighter.

3F0X1, 3F5X1, 3F2X1, 42A, 42B, YN, PS, NC, 0111, 0170, and other personnel, human resources, administrative, training, program coordination, or business operations specialties with transferable experience.

• To have served at least 180 days in any of the U.S. Armed Forces • To be within 180 days of separation or retirement from any of the U.S. Armed Forces (please start your application prior to the 180 days) • Must be on track to receive an Honorable Discharge • Must have taken any service TAPS/TGPS • Must have command approval to participate in the DoW SkillBridge program • 0–2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or office support role (internships count) • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
