Growth Vantage Venture & Operations Fellowship - Internship
GrowthVantage is a DoD SkillBridge-approved fellowship operator that places transitioning service members inside growth-stage companies doing real work, with real hands on training. You'll operate on a lean team where your contributions matter from day one. Every fellow receives structured onboarding, 1:1 career coaching, narrative development, and access to AI tools built for military transition. You leave with a written alignment report, civilian-ready story, and a direct path to full-time employment in the technology and clean energy sectors.
Technical Implementation Architect supporting operations at a growth-stage clean energy company. You will map and automate internal business processes using low-code platforms including ReTool, Zapier, and Make -- turning manual workflows into scalable systems. You will deploy and manage AI agents for data tasks, document verification, and customer communications, and maintain operational uptime for internal tools with rapid incident response when systems fail. You will work directly with founders and ops leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ideal for service members with backgrounds in systems administration, signals, IT, or operations who are comfortable building structure from ambiguity and want to apply technical instincts to the AI-driven economy.
