Growth Vantage Venture & Operations Fellowship
The Off-Grid EV Infrastructure Technician fellow will support the deployment, operation, and maintenance of L-Charge’s innovative mobile and stationary off-grid charging stations. This role is critical for providing ultra-fast EV charging in locations without grid access, utilizing clean-fuel generators and advanced battery management systems (BMS).
Key responsibilities include:Conducting routine maintenance on clean-fuel engines (RNG/Hydrogen-ready) and power generators.Monitoring and troubleshooting integrated Battery Management Systems (BMS) and DC fast-charging hardware.Assisting in the rapid deployment and setup of mobile trailer-mounted charging units.Using 24/7 remote monitoring tools to ensure 99% uptime for fleet customers.Collaborating with the Ops team to document field performance and technical workflows.
Army: 91B (Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic), 91D (Power Generation Specialist), 25-series (Signal/IT). Navy: EM (Electrician's Mate), GSM (Gas Turbine Mechanic), ET (Electronics Technician). Air Force: 3E0 (Electrical Systems), 2A6 (Aerospace Propulsion/Generators). Marines: 1141 (Electrician), 3521 (Motor Transport Mechanic).
Fellows will receive specialized training on proprietary hardware and clean-energy generation systems.
