Working as a technician for a Veteran Owned pressure washing and holiday light installation company. Both residential and commercial clients will be served. You will learn to clean and seal concrete, clean sand and seal pavers, clean siding substrates (brick, vinyl ,stucco, alucobond panels, dryvit, concrete), how to softwash roofs, how to clean and stain woods of all sorts, how to properly maintain gutters and windows, and all the ins and outs of clinet service and retention as well as marketing. You will install and take down holiday lighting on all sorts of buildings. You will work with small, high performing teams, to deliver the best cleaning or light experience to high profile clients.You will be given great opportunity for advancement over the next 5+ years as systems are in place and proven. You will have a lot of fun and work very hard. You will be continually challenged and rewarded based on meeting those challenges. A clear vision of progress will be discussed with you in performance reviews where you can see exactly what you need to focus on to grow your position and achieve growth.
