Overview Zee’s Roofing & Construction is a veteran-owned, family-operated, and faith-driven company with over 30 years of experience serving Florida communities. Through our Military SkillBridge Program, transitioning service members have the opportunity to develop hands-on experience as a Residential Roofing Assistant Project Manager while cultivating leadership, self-development, and civilian career readiness.
Responsibilities: -Project Support: Assist Project Managers in scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing residential roofing projects from start to finish. -Jobsite Management: Ensure crews follow safety protocols, maintain quality standards, and complete jobs on time and within budget. -Homeowner Engagement: Provide homeowners with updates, explain warranties, and support customer-first experiences. -Documentation: Maintain daily logs, progress photos, and material usage reports. -Leadership Development: Practice servant leadership, conflict resolution, and crew direction under the guidance of senior managers. -Faith & Values Culture: Model integrity, humility, and stewardship while upholding the company’s mission and faith-based principles. -Civilian Transition: Translate military discipline, teamwork, and resilience into project management skills for the construction sector. Qualifications: -Transitioning active-duty service member eligible for DoD SkillBridge. -Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Desire to learn project management, construction processes, and customer service. -Alignment with Zee’s Roofing’s values of faith, integrity, dedication, and excellence.
