Purpose: Providing transitioning service members with the opportunity to gain civilian workforce experience in roofing sales, leadership, and self-development while leveraging military discipline and values.Candidate: A person who dedicated with the discipline to work hard and and is hyper focused on customer service. They will need to come in without an ego and entitlement and willing to learn and grow by trusting the processes set forth by the company. Physical fitness is a top priority within our dynamic culture along with being a faith based company. The Candidate must know that their is no colorful language that is used within our organization and we live by our core values.
Role Summary: The trusted Roof Advisor is a frontline sales professional responsible for educating homeowners and property owners about roofing systems, providing inspections, building trust, and guiding customers, through the replacement or repair process.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Roof Inspections- Educate homeowners on roofing systems, warranties, and financing options.- Generate and manage leads (Self-generated and office-generated).- Provide accurate proposals and contracts.- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the 'Zee's Army' values.- Represent Zee's Roofing & Construction at community events and outreach programs.
