Project Coordinator - On the Job Training
For this project coordinator position we are looing for someone good at organization, attention to detail, and strong time management. May require administrative tasks such as placing phone calls, arranging travel, and conferring with clients. The main purpose is to coordinate with Project Managers or the owners about scheduling and budgeting.
Things to expect in this role would be:Maintaining relationships with clients and customers.Scheduling and creating detailed calendars.Organizing multiple projects and services.Ordering, tracking, and reporting materials and deliveries.Organizing internal staff and setting schedules for deliverables.Assigning staff as needed.Managing special projects.Ordering office supplies, checking inventory, and receiving orders.
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
