We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to support the Global Supply Chain & Procurement team. Positioned in the Centers of Excellence, you will have the opportunity to work on transformational and innovative projects. We are building the next-generation Program Management Office that redefines how strategy, execution, and governance intersect across our global supply chain.The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of program management discipline, accountability, follow-through, and organizational change management capability. This role will partner across the Supply Chain.WD headquarters is located in San Jose, California. This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel requirements of up to 20% based on business needs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Program Leadership & Governance• Drive high-priority, cross-functional programs/ projects from planning through execution spanning Supply Chain, Digital Transformation, Procurement, IT and Business Units.• Embed best practices into hybrid work streams and supporting business-side PMs with tools, templates, and processes.• Manage Jira, Smartsheet, and integrated reporting tools to track program health, dependencies, and delivery velocity across multiple teams.Presentation & Communication• Own the creation of executive-ready storytelling materials in PowerPoint that translate complexity into clarity.• Communicate clear timelines and measurables across executive teams.• Work closely with leadership to scale a culture of accountability, value-driven delivery, and operational transparency.Change Management & Adoption• Support the development and execution of a comprehensive change management plan.• Define communication, training, and enablement strategies.• Align roles and responsibilities with new processes.Execution Excellence• Oversee program operations and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.• Track KPIs and report to executive leadership.Qualifications• 4+ years of Program/ Project Management Experience.• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Proficiency in productivity and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Office suite, MS Project, Smartsheets, LucidChart, etc.).
Preferred, but not required:• Program Management Professional (PMP) Training and/or Certification• Agile Training and/or Certification• Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or Procurement Experience
