Project Supervisor
The Roofing Project Supervisor oversees roofing projects from pre-construction planning through final closeout, managing on-site crews, enforcing safety compliance, coordinating material deliveries, and maintaining quality control. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the homeowner throughout the installation process.
-Manages roofing projects from pre-construction planning through final closeout.-Oversees and directs on-site crews to ensure productivity and quality workmanship.-Enforces strict OSHA safety compliance and conducts daily Toolbox Talks.-Ensures proper ladder setup, material securing, and fall protection on all job sites.-Coordinates material deliveries and crew scheduling with the office team.-Conducts mid-project and final quality control inspections.-Serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the installation.-Communicates project updates, manages expectations, and resolves on-site issues.-Completes final walkthroughs, punch lists, and all project closeout documentation.-Ensures all work meets manufacturer specifications and local building code requirements.
Must be comfortable with heights.
