Talley Riggins Construction Group - Job Training Program
The Internship Program is typically 4-6 months (Max 960 hours) - during your time with Talley Riggins you will learn every aspect of the Construction process. During your first 3 weeks, you will complete each training module available to you online. The remaining training will be spent with an individual who you will shadow, this individual will teach the hands on training required for your job in the Field, Project Management, or Preconstruction.
The Internship Program at Talley Riggins is designed to prepare applicants for real life situations they will see each day in the Construction industry. Applicants will learn how to properly and safely run jobsites, interact with Trade Partners to assist in the projects success, and build a portfolio to catapult their career in the Construction industry and with Talley Riggins. Each training objective is designed to test and prepare applicants for their future, as they will be shadowing someone in the current role desired, either as a Project Engineer or a Field Assistant.
