Search Engine Optimization Internship Program - Job Training Program
The position is responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of SEO programs focused on enhancing TalentGuard’s online visibility. This includes developing and executing strategies for content optimization, backlink acquisition, and performance monitoring. While the role involves significant autonomy in implementing SEO strategies, it does not manage contingent staff or vendor relationships. Additionally, the position carries no budgetary responsibilities.
The Search Engine Optimization Specialist 1 will contribute to TalentGuard's mission by enhancing our online presence through optimized SEO strategies. Key Projects/Responsibilities:• SEO Audit and Optimization:o Conduct a comprehensive audit of TalentGuard’s website and identify areas for improvement.o Implement on-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, meta tag updates, and content optimization.• Content Optimization for HR Audience:o Develop SEO-friendly blog posts and landing pages tailored to HR personnel.o Research and implement HR-specific keywords to boost search engine rankings.• Backlink Strategy Development:o Identify opportunities to build high-quality backlinks.o Outreach to industry-relevant websites, forums, and organizations to enhance TalentGuard’s domain authority.• Performance Analytics and Reporting:o Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor website performance.o Provide regular reports on keyword rankings, traffic improvements, and campaign outcomes.• Competitive Analysis:o Research and analyze competitors’ SEO strategies within the talent management and military transition space.o Find and propose actionable recommendations to improve TalentGuard’s competitive positioning.What You’ll Gain:• Practical, hands-on experience with SEO tools and strategies.• A clear understanding of how SEO integrates with broader digital marketing initiatives.• Valuable insights into the talent management industry and military transition support.• A portfolio of completed projects to showcase your skills.
