Data Analyst Internship Program - Job Training Program
As a Customer Success Data Analyst Intern at TalentGuard, you will gain hands-on experience in analyzing and driving customer data projects that ensure successful implementation and long-term success. You will work closely with our Customer Success and Implementation teams to provide insights, optimize onboarding, and monitor the ongoing health of customer data initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact customer retention, satisfaction, and the overall value customers derive from our platform.
This internship is ideal for someone with an analytical mindset who is transitioning from a military background and eager to learn how to apply data-driven insights in a corporate setting. While you’ll be supported as you grow into the role, you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to customer success initiatives.Key Responsibilities:• Customer Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to understand platform adoption and usage, providing insights into customer engagement and overall health.• Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the Customer Implementation team to collect and analyze data during onboarding, ensuring customers are set up for success and key milestones are achieved.• Customer Health Monitoring: Help develop and maintain metrics and dashboards that track customer health. Identify at-risk customers and work with the team to develop proactive strategies.• Implementation Reporting: Assist in tracking project timelines and milestones, ensuring that implementations are on track and meet customer expectations.• Customer Success Insights: Support the Customer Success team by analyzing data to identify areas of improvement and enhance strategies for customer satisfaction and product adoption.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Sales, and Support teams to share data insights that improve the overall customer experience.• Customer Success Initiatives: Support the execution of data-driven strategies for onboarding, renewals, upsells, and retention.• Reporting and Dashboards: Help build and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key customer success metrics, such as adoption, churn risk, and satisfaction.• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to contribute ideas for improving the customer success strategy.• Training and Enablement: Assist in developing training materials to help internal teams understand data trends, metrics, and insights that affect customer outcomes.Qualifications:• Experience: No prior corporate experience required, but experience in any customer-facing or analytical role is a plus (e.g., military, volunteer, or freelance work).• Analytical Skills: Understanding of data analysis using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or Tableau is highly valued.• Customer Focus: A genuine passion for understanding customer needs and improving their experience through data insights.• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a willingness to learn how to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.• Problem Solving: Ability to identify patterns, trends, and issues in data and contribute to finding solutions that help improve customer experiences.• Project Management: Experience with managing tasks or projects (either personally or professionally) is a plus.• Detail-Oriented: Ability to focus on the details and ensure the accuracy of data and reports.• Collaboration: Comfort working as part of a team and collaborating with others across different functions.Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):• Experience with CRM or customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).• Familiarity with customer analytics or reporting tools, especially in SaaS environments.• Exposure to HR technology or talent management software is a plus.• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a bonus.This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience as you transition from military to civilian roles and learn how data drives customer success in the corporate world.
