Roles & job description

This Marketing Communication Specialist 1 will actively contribute to TalentGuard’s brand visibility, content strategy, and marketing campaigns.Key Projects/Responsibilities: • Content Development and Storytelling: o Develop compelling content, including blog posts, case studies, and social media updates, to communicate TalentGuard’s value to human resources personnel and other audiences. o Leverage Human Resources narratives to create authentic and engaging marketing materials. • Brand Campaigns for HR Audiences: o Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at human resource leaders and executive management. o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels. • Social Media Strategy and Management: o Create and manage a content calendar for TalentGuard’s social media platforms. o Monitor engagement metrics and recommend adjustments to enhance audience reach and interaction. • Email Marketing Campaigns: o Design and implement email campaigns to nurture leads and communicate with TalentGuard’s audience. o Analyze performance metrics such as open rates and click-through rates to refine strategies. • Marketing Performance Reporting: o Track the effectiveness of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot. o Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future marketing efforts.
