Roles & job description

Key Responsibilities:• Learning and Development: Participate in structured training programs to develop skills and knowledge related to manufacturing processes and operations.• Production Support: Assist with manufacturing, procurement, quality and logistics.• Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions and decision-making processes.• Process Improvement: Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations in the manufacturing environment.• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any issues to supervisors.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Qualifications:• Currently serving in the military and eligible for the Department of Defense SkillBridge program.• Experience in manufacturing or a related field.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Willingness to learn and adapt to a civilian work environment.• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.What We Offer:• Hands-On Experience: Gain valuable hands-on experience in a civilian manufacturing environment.• Mentorship and Guidance: Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.• Skill Development: Opportunities to develop and enhance your skills through structured training programs.• Networking: Build professional networks within the industry.• Potential Employment: Potential for future employment with System One upon completion.
