Enterprise Program Coordinator - Job Training Program or Employment Skills Training Program
Responsible for participating in the coordination, status reporting and stability of assigned projects. Plans and coordinates activities of departmental projects; compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, monitors project meetings, and works to resolve technical problems.
Week 1 - Orientation to EPS, Intro to Business Partners, Explanation of roles/responsibilities and basic systems onboarding.Week 2-3: Training on our purchase requisition system (ARIBA), training on tools for project based tracking such as Microsoft project professional, PowerBI and other associated project management tools and education Week 4: Round robin orientation to meet project sponsors and collaborate. Week 5: Introduction to project delivery methodology and governance with EPS operations team. Week 6-8: Role based shadowing with project managers and business analyst. Week 9- 14: Assigned to three projects with three different project managers. They will assist with documenting project schedules, documenting risk registers, helping business analyst write requirements, assisting with testing, and delivering projects through the project delivery life cycle. Week 15-16: Service member will provide a presentation, sharing what they learned to the line business.
