We help busy professionals, primarily physicians and high earners, build generational wealth through strategic real estate investments. We operate with a small, high performing team where every member drives meaningful results. As Business Operations Associate, you will be the operational backbone of our growing firm. Your experience in logistics, planning, and executing complex operations translates directly to managing the moving parts of a multimillion dollar real estate portfolio. This is not a “shadow” role. You will own outcomes from day one.
Core Responsibilities:Lead daily operational execution across investor communications, deal pipeline tracking, and property management coordination Build, document, and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) to scale the firm from $153M to $500M in AUM Manage project timelines for acquisitions, investor onboarding, and marketing campaigns with the precisionCoordinate across a distributed team (marketing, design, social media, AI integration) to ensure alignment and accountability Oversee investor relations workflows including quarterly reports, K1 distribution, and capital call processes Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements that increase team efficiency and reduce friction Support the CEO in strategic planning, meeting preparation, and executive-level decision support
