Program summary

A manufacturer’s representative Agency seeking a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to provide coverage in the Southern California market. Our primary partners manufacture products and solutions to market and sell to the Industrial, Automotive Mechanical and Refinish Trades. We function as an independent agency providing education, training, and sales support at all levels of our supply chain: wholesale, retail, and end user. Experience in direct or indirect sales is a plus.

Roles & job description

 Presenting existing and prospective distributors of automotive repair and industrial supplies to establish support for our lines Hands-on demonstration of supported products with existing and prospective end-users Cold-calling new end-users through strategic territory plan established by Regional Managers and Director of Sales Customer service (phone, e-mail and in person) to troubleshoot customer concerns,issues, and find profitable solutions. Key account management for multi-location distribution partners Exceptional communication and presentation skills both orally and written. Superior interpersonal skills and ability to create a rapport with a variety of customers. Confident, ambitious, and self-motivated. Thrive on working independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and ability to learn internal business systems (i.e., CRM) Bi-Lingual a plus but not required.
