Water/Mold Remidation Technician (61 - 90 days) - Job Training Program

YOU need to be an energetic team player who is outgoing, passionate about helping people and eager to learn. Prior work experience in property damage mitigation and restoration is helpful but not required. The ability to do basic math calculations is REQUIRED. A valid Florida driver's license with no/minimal citations is REQUIRED. Valid, positive work and personal references are REQUIRED. Experience with mobile CRM/project management and time tracking software applications is a plus. You MUST be capable of handling occasional heavy lifting and strenuous physical labor tasks.Examples of your starting daily/weekly responsibilities:• Respond to assigned projects, help develop project scope, explain to customer what we’re doing and why.• Operate moisture testing, water extraction and drying equipment; construct area protection and containment, remove damaged walls, flooring, etc.• Identify, photograph, log and monitor all time and tasks associated with each project using the mobile software provided.• Maintain a clean, neat and organized appearance, workplace and truck.• Participate in rotational night, weekend, and holiday emergency on-call availability as needed.• Demonstrate your commitment to safety, learning, obtaining industry certifications and advancing into leadership roles.• Track your time and activity utilizing the Service Titan mobile application.• Be an ambassador for our company culture and ensure the All Dry customer experience is always uniquely exceptional.If you’re serious about building a rewarding long term career and like the idea of working with a small rapidly growing business who truly cares about its customers and team members, then let's talk!!!
