Be part of our Food Service team. Gain valuable hands-on experience in our commercial kitchen, planning, preparing and serving meals to guests at our conference center.
We are a Christian camp and conference center with approximately 1,100 acres of property that includes: 2 hotel facilities, and a full service commercial kitchen capable of serving 3 meals a day for up to 250 guests at a time. Serving in our kitchen will provide you the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and food service management experience in the following areas: proper food storage and preparation techniques, managing a food service budget, managing and maintaining necessary stockage levels, and safe food service methods. We follow the ServeSafe methods and standards of operation in our kitchen and can offer the opportunity for you to become ServeSafe certified while serving in our kitchen.
We are looking for retiring or separating military members who would like a unique experience to serve in a Christian camping and conference center setting.
