Assist the Field Staff Representative and family with ministry needs including but not limited to engaging cadets/midshipmen, Biblical teaching/mentoring cadets/midshipmen, setting up for events, support in donor engagement, support in engagement with the Chaplaincy, general facility and grounds maintenance/support, and various other tasks/actions that contribute to ministry with cadets/midshipmen at this location.
