Transitioning Veteran Recruiting Program - Technical Veteran Recruiting Training
Military4Hire is in partnership with Veterans Employment to offer a SkillBridge opportunity that combines structured training and hands-on experience to prepare transitioning service members for careers in talent acquisition and technical recruiting. Participants will learn and develop the skills to successfully assist transitioning veterans into the workforce. Upon completion, participants are prepared for roles such as Technical Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Recruiting Coordinator.
Participants in this SkillBridge program will be trained in the fundamentals of recruiting and talent acquisition, supporting the placement of candidates into technical field service roles. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various platforms, conducting initial screenings, managing candidate pipelines, maintaining communication throughout the hiring process, and assisting with interview coordination while receiving ongoing training and mentorship. Participants will become proficient in understanding the various military occupations and specialties.
San Diego location (hybrid) is preferred. Remote is also available.
This position is open to transitioning military members. Strongly preferred some prior experience in recruiting and/or technical military occupations.
