Supports Laboratory operations through planning, coordination, documentation, scheduling, process execution, problem solving, and customer service. Work involves supporting daily workflows, managing operational requests and resources, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure activities are completed efficiently and in accordance with established procedures.

Performs operational support activities that contribute to the efficient execution of Laboratory programs, services, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities may include coordinating schedules, resources, logistics, projects, events, shipments, records, and customer requests; maintaining operational documentation and tracking systems; monitoring workflows and deadlines; and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Identifies and helps resolve operational issues, supports process improvements, prioritizes competing requirements, and ensures assigned activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
