Engineering & Technical Research
Engineering & Technical Research training program provides participants with hands-on experience in an engineering research and development environment. Participants develop practical skills in engineering analysis, design, prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and problem solving. Through supervised assignments and collaboration with engineers, scientists, and technical staff, participants progressively build the technical knowledge, communication skills, and independent work capabilities needed to support engineering and technical research activities.
The Engineering Associate supports engineering and technical research activities through analysis, design, development, prototyping, testing, and documentation. The position works alongside engineers, scientists, technicians, and other technical professionals to support research and development projects, evaluate technical solutions, collect and analyze data, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with system or component integration and testing. Responsibilities may include using engineering tools and software, reviewing technical requirements and specifications, documenting results, participating in technical reviews, and communicating findings to project teams.
