Route Manager - Internship
The Route Driver is responsible for servicing, restocking, and maintaining Mission Vending machines across an assigned route while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring machines remain clean, fully stocked, and operational. This position manages inventory, performs basic machine troubleshooting, handles cash and cashless sales reconciliation, and serves as the primary point of contact for customers at serviced locations. The Route Driver plays a vital role in maximizing machine uptime, maintaining product quality, and representing Mission Vending with professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. Through efficient route management and strong customer relationships, the Route Driver helps support the company's growth and mission of providing dependable automated retail solutions while giving back to military and veteran communities.

This role ensures that each machine is fully stocked, clean, operational, and merchandised to Mission Vending standards. The Route Driver manages product inventory, reconciles cash and cashless sales, performs light troubleshooting, and communicates effectively with customers and the operations team to maintain high machine uptime and customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and capable of lifting and moving cases of product and occasional equipment. As a frontline representative of Mission Vending, the Route Driver plays a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting our mission to serve workplaces, communities, and military-supporting environments with dependable vending and automated retail solutions.
