Project OverviewFollowing the successful launch of Performance Review 2.0 on October 1, 2025, the Performance Management 3.0 initiative will focus on delivering targeted enhancements designed to improve the overall user experience and effectiveness of the performance review process. The project will build upon the existing framework by incorporating feedback gathered from employees, managers, and HR stakeholders during the 2.0 rollout.Key areas of focus include establishing a structured next review date process for employees, introducing new performance review forms tailored to Magnet-designated nursing roles, and evaluating end-user feedback to identify incremental improvements that streamline the performance management workflow.The project requires collaboration between Human Resources Talent Management teams and Digital application teams, and will involve coordinated project management, stakeholder engagement, system configuration planning, and process optimization within HR systems that support workforce performance management.This initiative represents an important step in continuing to mature the organization's digital HR capabilities while improving usability and engagement for employees and managers across the enterprise.
Role OverviewThe resource will function in the role of Project Manager for the Performance Management 3.0 initiative, working under the guidance of Director of ERP Applications and Governance. In this role, the resource will coordinate the planning and execution of enhancements to the organization’s performance management process and supporting HR applications.Key responsibilities will include:• Developing and maintaining the project plan, timeline, and milestone tracking for the Performance Management 3.0 initiative• Coordinating workstreams across HR Talent Management and Digital application teams to ensure alignment on scope, requirements, and deliverables• Facilitating project meetings, stakeholder discussions, and requirements gathering sessions• Managing project documentation including requirements, decisions, risks, and action items• Coordinating efforts to implement a new “next review date” capability for employees within the performance management process• Supporting the design and implementation of new performance review forms for Magnet-designated nursing roles• Leading efforts to collect, analyze, and prioritize end-user feedback from the Performance Review 2.0 rollout to identify opportunities for incremental improvement• Coordinating testing preparation and readiness activities associated with system enhancements• Tracking project risks, dependencies, and resource coordination across participating teams• Providing status reporting and project updates to HR and Digital leadershipThe resource will gain hands-on experience managing a cross-functional enterprise initiative in a healthcare environment, with exposure to how HR strategy, operational processes, and enterprise applications intersect to deliver workforce management capabilities.
