Supports Talent Sourcing efforts to attract, engage, and identify qualified candidates for roles across the Mass General Brigham organization. Uses innovative sourcing methods, builds strong talent pipelines, and partners with recruitment teams to help meet current and future staffing needs.
Key Roles and Responsibilities• Support the development and execution of talent-sourcing strategies aligned with organizational recruitment goals and workforce planning priorities.• Build proactive talent pipelines using creative sourcing methods across job boards, social media, professional networks, talent databases, and other relevant channels.• Initiate candidate outreach and engagement to assess interest, qualifications, and potential alignment with sourcing requisitions or priority sourcing needs.• Review resumes and conduct preliminary candidate screens to evaluate qualifications, experience, and potential fit for specific opportunities.• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system and recruitment database.• Assist with creating, posting, and refreshing job openings across appropriate platforms and sourcing channels.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Strong understanding of talent sourcing strategies, innovative sourcing techniques, and effective candidate engagement practices.• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, talent databases, and social media platforms used in talent acquisition.• Ability to use data analysis and reporting to evaluate sourcing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates, Human Resources teams, hiring managers, and external partners professionally.Education• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field of study preferred.Work Experience• Two to three years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, recruitment coordination, or a related Human Resources function preferred. • Experience supporting sourcing requisitions, candidate outreach, resume review, and applicant tracking system documentation preferred.
This position is primarily remote; however, occasional onsite attendance for meetings, training sessions, or organizational events may be required.
