Lockheed Martin Heroes - Job Training Program
Lockheed Martin's proposed objective is to offer a development opportunity aimed at equipping individuals with essential skills, knowledge, and experience in critical areas such as engineering, technology, aerospace, defense, and space exploration. This program would not only enhance participants' technical abilities but also familiarize them with the company's values and culture. By doing so, participants will be better prepared to contribute meaningfully to Lockheed Martin's mission, create positive societal and economic impacts, and ultimately position themselves as strong candidates for future full-time employment.
The Lockheed Martin Heroes Program is dedicated to empowering transitioning military personnel, veterans, their spouses, and other members of the military community as they pursue fulfilling civilian careers by offering career experience fellowships.
