Lockheed Martin Heroes - Internship
The Lockheed Martin Heroes Military Fellowship Programs provide hands-on industry training opportunities for transitioning service members, military spouses, caregivers, and wounded warriors. Through partnerships with DOW SkillBridge, Hiring Our Heroes, and the USSOCOM Warrior Care Program, participants gain valuable on-the-job experience while translating their military-connected skills to civilian careers. Headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, Lockheed Martin offers fellowship opportunities across the United States and OCONUS, based on business needs, available host teams, and candidate alignment. Participants develop industry-relevant skills, build professional networks, and explore potential full-time career opportunities within Lockheed Martin.
Lockheed Martin offers a wide range of career and fellowship opportunities supporting Aeronautics, Missiles and Fire Control (MFC), Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS), and Space. Opportunities span technical, operational, and business functions supporting the development, production, sustainment, and delivery of advanced technologies and mission-critical solutions for U.S. and allied customers.Depending on business needs, location, and candidate qualifications, opportunities may include engineering, cybersecurity, information technology, software development, manufacturing, supply chain and logistics, quality, program and project management, operations, finance, human resources, communications, security, contracts, and other business functions.Fellowship opportunities are aligned with current business needs and available host organizations and are designed to provide participants with meaningful, hands-on experience that leverages their existing knowledge, skills, and military experience while developing capabilities applicable to careers within the aerospace and defense industry.
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.

Factors may include command approval, transition timeline, candidate qualifications, transferable skills, business need, host availability, location, U.S. citizenship, security clearance eligibility, education/certifications, and other program-specific requirements. Participants must meet applicable partner-program requirements and align with the basic qualifications of the prospective career field.
