Program summary

The LEOMOS Management, Inc. SkillBridge program is a 90-day training designed to prepare transitioning Service members for careers as Executive Protection Advisors through a mix of live instruction, fieldwork, and online learning. Participants gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and certifications in executive protection and security risk management, building a strong foundation for leadership roles in the private security sector.

Roles & job description

The Executive Protection Advisor ensures the safety of high-profile individuals through risk assessment, protective intelligence, and strategic security operations. The role demands frequent travel, coordination with law enforcement, and the ability to make swift decisions under pressure.

Eligibility notes

Participants must be active-duty Service members eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program and able to commit to the full 90-day training period. Selected candidates will also be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) due to the sensitive nature of executive protection operations. Applicants must have at least 10 years time in service in a field that is combat arms or direct combat support. Intelligence roles are also entertained with real world experience.

Additional notes

Service member is required to be in the West Palm Beach area for the duration of the internship. Travel expenses are not covered nor is lodging or per diem.
