Pinks Window Services - Sales Representative Training Program
Pink's Window Services is seeking a Sales Manager SkillBridge intern for the Washington DC Metro Area. This role is a perfect fit for transitioning service members with strong communication skills, leadership presence, and a drive to exceed goals. As a Sales Manager at Pink's, you will estimate projects, manage jobs, build client relationships, and represent our brand in one of the country's most competitive and rewarding markets. Full-time employment opportunity upon successful internship completion.
As a Sales Manager at Pink's Window Services, you will: estimate projects and manage all assigned jobs; ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget while meeting client needs; help solve crew problems on active projects; generate schedules and operational plans; upsell services to existing customers; identify potential project issues proactively; network and promote Pink's brand; and pursue strategic relationships on behalf of Pink's (realtors, property managers, HOAs, commercial accounts). Compensation: $48,000 base salary + 2% revenue. This is a direct-hire pathway — SkillBridge interns who successfully complete the program are offered full-time employment.

Must be within 180 days of military separation. Sales or estimating background preferred. All branches welcome. Self-starters encouraged to apply.
