ICS SkillBridge - Job Training Program
This SkillBridge position will serve as a job training program to prepare participant for potential employment with ICS, supporting various IT and operational tasks. The SkillBridge participant will complete various assignments such as providing operations support and services, participation in meetings, training, and operational functions to develop a robust set of marketable IT skills.
Through the SkillBridge program, ICS provides training and mentoring at different locations tailored to transitioning service members. Participants can explore various technical and operational career paths, Information Technology and Systems Administration:, Network Engineering and Performance Monitoring, Cybersecurity and Compliance, Multimedia Support: ,Operational Planning and Mission Support:
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
1. Minimum clearance requirements for the position of interest, and2. Possess or ability to attain the required DoD 8140/8570 Information Assurance Technical Level required for role, 3. Relevant military experience in IT, operations, or related field, 4 Meet the minimum qualifications for one or more ICS positions
Demonstrate interest and commitment to the tasks and ICS's mission throughout the program. Participate in regular assessments of performance, accepting and implementing feedback for improvement.
