The professional development offered through the program prepares candidates for a smooth transition into meaningful civilian careers. Participating corporations benefit by gaining access to the best and brightest transitioning Service members, while also developing a more comprehensive understanding of the veteran job market.

Associates degree (or further education) with command approval
Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) connects transitioning service members with military-ready employers through a straightforward process. You first apply to the HOH Corporate Fellowship Program and secure official command approval. Once accepted, you interview and match with our network of host companies, all of which have an approved DoW SkillBridge MOU in place. You then complete a 12-week fellowship with your matched company, gaining hands-on industry experience that regularly leads to a full-time job offer after your transition.
