Solutions Engineering Internship - Job Training Program
The four month programme begins with an intensive orientation of the organization. This is followed by four months of activities and training linked to HTB’s Solution Engineer competency model, which we deem is necessary for effective performance in the role. These areas of competence are: Entrepreneurship and Strategy: employing customer orientated innovative approaches to achieving desired outcomes, being commercially aware and sensitive to Hack The Box priorities. Emotional Intelligence: awareness, control and expression of emotions required to handle a diverse range of customer relationships and situations. People and Teamwork: managing and building relationships both internally and externally. Finally, a big part of our training program is a hands-on approach. Only by practicing one develops the required skills to perform a job. As time goes by and the trainee/intern becomes more familiarized with the company processes and products, the more exposure they will be getting to hands-on activities and responsibilities of the role (participation in onboarding call, response to customer inquiries, etc.).Through the employment program, the participants will be bale to cover material related to Hack The Box’s certifications, and acquire the one that best fits their interests at the end by taking the exam.
