Valkyrie UAS provides cutting-edge unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and field services. This SkillBridge internship prepares transitioning service members for leadership in autonomous fleet management, field logistics, and regional operational execution. The Regional Hub Manager Intern will oversee daily hub workflow, coordinate field deployment teams, manage sUAS inventory, and ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and FAA regulations.
Direct daily regional operations, scheduling, and logistics for local flight teams and autonomous aerial missions.Oversee hub facility management, equipment tracking, maintenance schedules, and inventory controls for sUAS assets.Lead risk management, pre-mission planning, and site safety protocol compliance across regional operations.Coordinate post-mission data handling, customer deliverables, and operational performance reporting.Interface with client stakeholders, local authorities, and central management to optimize operational efficiency.
Well-suited for non-commissioned officers and officers with backgrounds in leadership, aviation maintenance, logistics, supply chain, combat arms, or airfield management (e.g., 88M, 92A, 15P, 15T, 2T1X1, 2F0X1, 1C1X1, or any operational unit leader).
Eligible for DoD SkillBridge participation with command authorization.Strong organizational, logistics, and personnel management capabilities.FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate preferred (or willingness to obtain during internship).
