How drawings are created and why Understand subconsultants that build actual drawings. Understand contracts/bid process. Understand submittals/RFIs. Understand Change Orders/Change Order Requests/ Logs. Time and Material field work. Understand schedules Critical Path meaning and understanding. Understands payments AIA G702Understand budgets/project accounting where project budget and construction budget are explained and reconciling the books during and project closeout. Understand close out procedures. Understands Health and Safety Management and compliance of general project safety.
