Personal Care Manufacturing & Customer Service Specialist
Position OverviewWe’re seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Assistant to join our team at FLAME Natural Decon in Littleton, Colorado. This full-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a clean manufacturing environment and wants to be part of a growing clean products company.This position will be responsible for manufacturing all products, keeping good inventory records, ordering raw ingredients, keeping the lab clean, and all customer service activities. Key ResponsibilitiesManufacturing & Production• Manufacture personal care products according to established formulations and quality standards• Operate bottling equipment and fill containers with finished products• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and quality control of all manufactured items• Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with safety and sanitation protocolsInventory Management• Order raw ingredients and packaging materials as needed• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments• Maintain accurate inventory records of both raw materials and finished products• Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs to management• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliationCustomer Service • Respond to customer emails, including but not limited to providing product information, checking on order, updating orders, and sending quotes and invoices.• Taking customer phone calls and calling customers when needed to answer their questions, provide product information, and any other needs they have. General Support• Assist with other manufacturing-related tasks as business needs arise• Support quality assurance processes and documentation• Help maintain equipment and facility cleanliness• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives• Attended conferences on an as needed basis Qualifications• High school diploma or equivalent required• Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred, but not requires (willing to train the right person) • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods• Strong math skills for measuring and inventory calculations• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently• Good customer service skills a must • Interest in clean products a plusWork Schedule• Full time: Monday – Friday• Conferences and additional hours: As needed What We Offer• Opportunity to grow with an expanding company• Clean, safe working environment• Training provided on all equipment and processesLocation: Ken Caryl area in Littleton, CO facility
