Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling.Coordinate inspector schedules and communicate with clients about services.Maintain client relationships through follow-ups and social media engagement.Ability to convert call inquiries into appointments by describing our services and the benefits of using our company.Qualifications:Customer Service Experience: 4+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or scheduling.Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, and other communication tools. (Excel, Word, Google Docs, calendars).Knowledge: Ability to learn and convey to the client, product knowledge and services Team Player: A collaborative attitude and willingness to assist colleagues to achieve team goals.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer relationship
