This 12-week (90-day) SkillBridge apprenticeship program condenses the core learning objectives of the full 26-week curriculum into a focused, high-impact timeline designed to get newly licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) agents ready to succeed in the Alaska real estate market.
As an Alaska Real Estate Agent, you will represent buyers, sellers, and investors in the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential, multi-family, and commercial properties throughout Alaska. You will guide clients through every step of the real estate process, from market research and property showings to contract negotiation and closing. This role requires strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently. Success in this position comes from building trust with clients, maintaining professional standards, and proactively generating new business through marketing, networking, and referrals.
