Alaska Real Estate Salesperson Apprenticeship
This program provides Service members with the foundational knowledge and practical skills required to become licensed real estate professionals in Alaska. The program begins with intensive guidance to prepare participants for the Alaska Real Estate Salesperson License Exam, ensuring they understand the requirements, study effectively, and pass the exam. Once licensed, the training builds on this foundation, focusing on advanced topics such as marketing, client relations, and transaction workflows for single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties.
As an Alaska Real Estate Agent, you will represent buyers, sellers, and investors in the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential, multi-family, and commercial properties throughout Alaska. You will guide clients through every step of the real estate process, from market research and property showings to contract negotiation and closing. This role requires strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently. Success in this position comes from building trust with clients, maintaining professional standards, and proactively generating new business through marketing, networking, and referrals.
