F45 Training – Veterans Impact Program 45 (VIP45) offers a 12-week (minimum) to 180-day (maximum) Fitness Internship Training Program designed for service members interested in converting their military experience into a rewarding career in the fitness industry. (Note: 12 weeks is the minimum required to receive the full benefit of the program.)The internship includes: (1) 20 hours/week of on-the-job training at an F45 studio and (2) 20 hours/week of online education and training toward earning up to six (6) fitness certifications. Once the intern has obtained their Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), which is the minimum certification, they have the option to continue taking certification courses or work up to 40 hours per week in the studio. This program prepares participants to become F45 Fitness Coaches or work professionally in any fitness organization worldwide.
