Seeking a skilled, motivated, and customer‑focused Project Manager to join our growing team. This role requires strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. You will work directly with customers, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:Manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high‑quality executionConduct job site inspections, verify scope, and develop detailed work plansPrepare estimates and assist with Xactimate updates when neededMaintain frequent communication with customers, adjusters, and internal teamsCoordinate subcontractors, materials, and field techniciansTrack project milestones, budgets, change orders, and documentation requirementsEnsure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and insurance carrier guidelinesOversee project closeout, punch lists, and customer satisfaction reviewsLead by example and uphold the Paul Davis values of integrity, service, and excellenceQualifications:2–5 years of experience in construction, restoration, or project management preferredStrong understanding of building trades, estimating, and insurance documentationExcellent communication and customer service skillsExperience with Xactimate or similar estimating software is a plusHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple jobs and priorities simultaneouslyValid driver’s license and reliable transportationIICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, AMRT) a strong advantage, but training is available
Experience in construction, restoration, scheduling, or administrative project support
Experience in restoration or constructionFamiliarity with insurance carriers and documentationProficiency with restoration software (Xactimate, RMS, Encircle, PSA, etc.)Ability to handle communication and scheduling with customers, sub-contractors, and TPAs
