We’re looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to join our team! If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy supporting projects that help families and businesses recover after fire, water, mold, or storm damage, this is the role for you.The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in keeping restoration projects organized and on track. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, technicians, subcontractors, and customers to ensure seamless communication, accurate documentation, and efficient project flow from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:Support Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, and customer communicationMaintain project files, contracts, purchase orders, work authorizations, and job notesCoordinate subcontractors and vendor schedulesAssist with estimate uploads, insurance documentation, and job compliance requirementsProvide timely updates to homeowners, commercial clients, and adjustersHelp prepare invoices, billing packets, and completion documentationEnsure accurate photo logs, daily notes, and job progress trackingSupport field teams with equipment coordination and materials delivery as neededWhat We’re Looking For:Excellent communication and customer‑service skillsStrong organizational abilities and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environmentComfortable working with project management and CRM softwareExperience in construction, restoration, scheduling, or administrative project support (preferred but not required)A team‑oriented mindset and willingness to learnValid driver’s license
Experience in construction, restoration, scheduling, or administrative project support
Experience in restoration or constructionFamiliarity with insurance carriers and documentationProficiency with restoration software (Xactimate, RMS, Encircle, PSA, etc.)Ability to handle customer communication and schedulingCareer pathways toward Project Manager or Estimator rolesIf you’re organized, proactive, and excited to be part of a team that makes a real difference in the community, we want to hear from you!
