To repair and/or replace heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment across campus, including residence halls and cafeteria. Perform preventative maintenance on all systems and maintain comfortable conditions in all campus buildings.
Assist licensed HVAC technicians in maintaining and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems campus-wide. This role is critical for ensuring environmental comfort and safety standards across all university facilities.
Works collaboratively with the maintenance team and other university departments to uphold safety protocols and maintain operational standards.
