As a facilities manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall management and operations of the facility ensuring that services offered to the customers is of superior quality. In addition, specialized, training, development and learning plans are part of this opportunity. Learn the ins and outs of facilities managing with mentorship from trained professionals.
As the Horticulture Manager Fellow, you will be responsible for assisting with the successful operation of the department, guaranteeing customer service that meets or exceeds expectations. You will oversee daily administrative and operational tasks and oversee sanitation and safety of assigned unit(s).
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
Preferred qualifications include: supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills, communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate with management, client, customer, and associate levels. Exhibiting initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership are required.
This fellowship is located on a higher education campus.
