QualificationsRequired- Manage day-to-day IT operations, including system administration, endpoint management, and user support.- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system uptime and reliability.- Implement and maintain security controls across devices, networks, and cloud environments.- Support compliance initiatives and audits (e.g., FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001).- Collaborate with cybersecurity and DevOps teams to ensure secure configurations and patch management.- Manage IT asset inventory, procurement, and lifecycle management.- Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, including provisioning/deprovisioning of access and equipment.- Administer collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, Jira, etc.).- Support automation initiatives to improve IT workflows and reduce manual tasks.- Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.Desired- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, - Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent work experience).4+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or cybersecurity environments.Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS, firewalls).- Hands-on experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001).- Experience with identity and access management tools (Okta, Azure AD, or similar).- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, CCNA, or CISSP.
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced IT Operations Specialist to support and enhance our cybersecurity infrastructure and internal IT systems. In this role, you will ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our company’s IT operations — including networks, endpoints, and cloud environments.You will work closely with our Security, Product, and Engineering teams to maintain compliance with security frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, SOC 2), manage endpoint protection, and streamline system performance.
