The RoleThe Sales Operations Analyst II supports a fast-paced, hunter-led cybersecurity sales organization by owning core revenue operations processes and delivering actionable insights that help sales teams execute efficiently and hit aggressive growth targets.This role sits at the mid-level within Sales Operations, requiring the ability to work independently on recurring deliverables such as pipeline analysis, forecasting support, deal operations, and performance reporting. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams to ensure operational rigor, data accuracy, and scalability as the business grows.Sales Operations Level 2 professionals are expected to move beyond basic reporting and execution, proactively identifying gaps, recommending improvements, and driving consistency across sales processes.
Key Responsibilities- Own and maintain pipeline, forecast, and quota performance reporting for assigned sales segments or regionsSupport sales leaders with weekly and monthly forecasting, including pipeline reviews and variance analysis- Monitor pipeline health, deal velocity, and conversion metrics, flagging risks and opportunities early- Manage deal operations, including pricing support, approvals, and coordination with Finance and Legal- Ensure CRM data accuracy and consistency, primarily within Hubspot- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for sales and leadership teams- Analyze sales performance trends and provide insights to improve win rates and shorten sales cycles- Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Customer teams to support end-to-end revenue processes- Document and continuously improve sales processes to support scale and efficiencyQualificationsRequired- 2–4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations.- Hands-on experience supporting B2B sales teams in a quota-carrying environment.- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including reporting and dashboard creation.- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups, pivots, and basic modeling.- Experience with pipeline management, forecasting support, and KPI tracking.- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.- Clear communication skills and comfort partnering with Sales Managers and Account Executives.Desired- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology sales environments.- Familiarity with complex sales cycles and enterprise deal structures.- Exposure to deal desk processes, pricing approvals, or compensation support.- Experience with BI or analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or SQL.- Ability to identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements.- Experience working with remote or globally distributed sales teams.
