Through this internship, the participant will develop proficiency in workforce scheduling and resource coordination, gain experience in operations planning and process management, strengthen communication and stakeholder coordination skills, learn industry-standard tools for scheduling, reporting, and workflow tracking, and translate military leadership and organizational skills into civilian operations environments
The Scheduler & Operations Assistant Intern will support the CMMC Operations Manager by assisting with scheduling coordination, workflow management, and administrative processes. This internship provides transitioning service members with hands-on experience in operations management, resource planning, and business coordination within a professional environment.The intern will gain practical exposure to civilian business operations, scheduling systems, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional team collaboration.
