Participant will learn how to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Battle Tested. This ranges from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting offer negotiations. The participants will hone skills in building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. They will be trained to ensure alignment on role requirements and delivery of high-quality hiring experiences across the company's nation-wide recruiting base. Participants will develop sourcing strategies, leverage tools and networks to identify talent, and maintain an organized pipeline of qualified candidates. By the end of this program participants are expected to play a key role in driving hiring outcomes balancing speed, quality, and candidate engagement. Successful completions results in strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in this fast-paced environment.
