Participant will gain hands-on ministry experience by serving side-by-side with CityChurch staff and volunteers in everyday operations while pastors and senior leaders invest in their spiritual and professional growth.
Ministry apprenticeship in Community Care; Technology, Live Production, Service Programming & Communications; Worship and Music; Youth, Elementary, and Preschool; Executive Administration; Social Action; Facilities; Discipleship; Spiritual Formation or Freedom Ministires. Apprentice will complete an onboarding, training and instruction period covering business practices curriculum, operational and regulatory policies, as well as product offerings enabling the participant to represent CityChurch knowledgeably and professionally, followed by the implementation of training and empowerment as a more autonomous intern and preparation for employment and/or higher education pursuits.
No preferred MOCs - Open to all Service Branches, Members and Spouses
Participants are expected to represent CityChurch with sincerity and a desire to serve the community by having/being: A heart to help people shift from merely surviving to thriving; self-motivated and flexible; excellent relational and communication skills; the ability to lead volunteers in an effective and honoring way.
