The IZT Cloud Voice Marketing & Event Coordination Specialist Fellowship places transitioning service members into a 12-week, hands-on marketing and events fellowship with IZT Cloud Voice. The program is sponsored by Applied Business Concepts Ohio, LLC (d/b/a The Audible), a veteran-owned channel-first sales and GTM firm.Fellows train inside a working marketing motion at IZT Cloud Voice — supporting campaign execution, partner marketing, content production, and live event coordination. The fellowship combines 1:1 mentorship from The Audible's Founder, daily coaching from IZT's Marketing Lead, structured shadowing of at least one live IZT event, and hands-on event run-of-show with a supervisor.Fellows finish the program with a documented portfolio of marketing and event work — and a direct path into a full-time Marketing & Event Coordination Specialist role with IZT Cloud Voice.Veteran-owned. **Role:** Marketing & Event Coordination Specialist**Host Employer:** IZT Cloud Voice**Sponsoring Entity:** Applied Business Concepts Ohio, LLC (d/b/a The Audible)### What the Fellow Will Learn and DoFellows train inside IZT Cloud Voice's working marketing motion across three phases:**Phase 1 — Foundation (Weeks 1–3)**Classroom and online instruction in B2B marketing fundamentals, the cloud voice and UCaaS market, IZT's brand and positioning, partner marketing mechanics, and event marketing principles. Fellows learn the motion before they run it. Daily check-ins with IZT's Marketing Lead.**Phase 2 — Motion (Weeks 4–8)**Live OJT under daily coaching. Campaign execution, content production, partner co-marketing, email and social distribution, marketing operations inside HubSpot, and event planning workstreams. Structured shadowing of at least one live IZT event with a full debrief. Weekly 1:1s with IZT's Marketing Lead.**Phase 3 — Ownership (Weeks 9–12)**Fellows own an event run-of-show under supervisor oversight — from pre-event promotion through on-site execution and post-event follow-up. They drive a named campaign workstream and present marketing performance in weekly reviews. Strong performers transition into a full-time Marketing & Event Coordination Specialist role with IZT Cloud Voice at program end.### Training Plan Detail- **Classroom Instruction** — B2B marketing fundamentals, brand and positioning, partner marketing, event marketing, marketing operations- **Online Instruction** — Self-paced modules on the cloud voice / UCaaS market, HubSpot marketing tools, Canva/design basics, copy fundamentals- **Hands-On Demonstration / OJT** — Live campaign and event execution inside IZT's working marketing motion- **1:1 Mentorship** — Weekly coaching from The Audible's Founder- **Daily Check-Ins and Weekly 1:1s** — With IZT's Marketing Lead- **Structured Shadowing** — At least one live IZT event observed end-to-end with structured debrief- **Hands-On Event Run-of-Show** — Supervised execution of an event from pre-event promotion through on-site delivery and post-event follow-up### What the Fellow Will Walk Away With- A working marketing motion they can run, not a binder of theory- Live campaign and event execution reps inside a real B2B marketing engine- Operator-grade fluency in the cloud voice / UCaaS market and the partner-marketing motion- HubSpot Marketing Hub proficiency, copy and content fundamentals, and event coordination experience- A documented portfolio of work — campaigns, content, and at least one full event run-of-show- A direct path into a full-time Marketing & Event Coordination Specialist role with IZT Cloud Voice

Logistics and operations backgrounds translate well to event coordination.
- Within 180 days of separation or retirement- Approved DD Form 2648 (SkillBridge authorization) and command endorsement- U.S. citizenship- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace- Strong written communication- Willingness to travel for at least one live IZT event during the fellowship- Commitment to the full 12-week program- Coachability and willingness to operate inside daily performance review
